His death was announced by his politician son, Muslihu Yusuf Ali, in a Facebook post on Sunday night. THE Kano State governor, Engr. Abba Kabir Yusuf, has appointed the Permanent Secretary in charge of Council Affairs, Mrs. Mu’azatu Isa Dutse, as the Acting Head of Service. THE Kano State Public Complaints and Anti-Corruption Commission has confirmed the arrest of one Musa Ahmed for allegedly selling 632 government occupancy permits for residential plots worth N2.3 billion across the state. KANO business tycoon, Alhaji Aminu Dantata, has lost one of his grand daughters, Batulu Alhassan Baba Ahmad Dantata. According to a family source, Batulu died in Kano at the age of 40 after a prolonged battle with sickle cell.
