THE Kano Road and Traffic Agency (KAROTA) arrested 3,245 offenders from January to December. This is contained in a statement by the Public Relations Officer of the Agency, Nabilusi Abubakar Kofar Nai’sa, on Friday in Kano. He said the number of offenders reduced in 2022, compared to previous year when KAROTA recorded 7,835 offenders. POLICE in Kaduna State have arrested a traditional title holder in Zaria for allegedly sodomising a 14-year-old boy.
