THE Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja, on Wednesday, sacked the former Governor of Benue State, Gabriel Suswam, from the Senate. THE Court of Appeal, Abuja Division, has affirmed Natasha Akpoti-Uduagan as the duly elected candidate for Kogi Central Senatorial Election earlier in February.
