A 35-YEAR-OLD man identified as Jimoh Abdulquadri, has died in police custody the Kwara State Police Command has revealed. DOZENS of persons, mostly women and children, are feared dead in a boat accident on River Benue near Ocholonya, in Agatu Local Government Area of Benue State. THE Supreme Court has nullified the National Lottery Act 2005 enacted by the National Assembly. In a unanimous judgment of a seven-member of the apex court, read by Justice Mohammed Idris, held that the National Assembly lacked the powers to legislate on issues relating to lottery and games of chance.
