NIGER Republic has reopened its border with Nigeria in the regions of Diffa, Tahoua, Maradi and Dosso. A GRADE 1 Area Court sitting at Lugbe, Abuja, on Tuesday, sentenced a labourer, Terkaa Akishi (36) to 15 months in prison for stealing two Qurans and a cell phone from a Mosque in Asokoro area of Abuja.
