SEPARATISTS gunmen in Cameroon’s restive north-western region have kidnapped over 30 women and injured an unspecified number of others, officials have said. A DEADLY fire at a school dormitory in Guyana appears to have been started by a pupil who was angry her mobile phone had been confiscated, officials say.
