THE Department of State Services (DSS) says it has intercepted criminal gangs in various parts of the country, recovering different kinds of weapons from them. THE Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) said it will issue certificates of return to newly elected governors, deputy governors-elect and State Assembly members-elect from Wednesday to Friday. THE Federal High Court in Abuja on Wednesday dismissed an application by a suspended Deputy Commissioner of Police, Abba Kyari, seeking to strike out charges against him.
