This was disclosed by the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation, Betta Edu while speaking during an interview on TVC News on Saturday. JUSTICE Binta Nyako of the Federal High Court Abuja has sentenced the kidnappers of Prof. Mike Ozekhome and Delta State Commissioner for Higher Education, Prof. Hope Eghagha to 20 years imprisonment. STATE governments borrow about N46.17bn from three banks to pay salaries between January and June 2023, according to findings by this newspaper. The findings were based on an analysis of the half-year 2023 financial statements of Access Bank, Fidelity Bank, and Zenith Bank Group.
