Arsenal have been paired with Sevilla and Celtic face Atletico Madrid.
Newcastle United will play European giants Paris St-Germain, Borussia Dortmund and AC Milan.
The third team in the group is FC Copenhagen of Denmark and they will be joined by Galatasaray in the group.
