FORMER Head of State, General Yakubu Gowon has denied rumours making the rounds that he died on Monday.
This newspaper reports that his death rumour is trending on all social media platforms.
But, in a terse statement Monday night, his Media Aide, Adeyeye Ajayi stated that the former military administtratos is alive
According to the Ajayi, Gowon said, “I am still here and well. I am not in a hurry”.
