Jigawa State: A New World Of Sanity, Hope And Maturity – By Isah Ibrahim Garba, PhD

JIGAWA State is at a pivotal moment in its history. With the visionary leadership of Malam Umar Namadi, we are on the cusp of remarkable transformation across various sectors, including agriculture, education, health, and infrastructure.

As we embrace this new era of development and progress, it is crucial for us to stand united, support our administration, and reject any acts of destruction and vandalism that threaten to derail our collective journey toward a brighter future.

Malam Umar Namadi’s administration has shown a steadfast commitment to elevating Jigawa State to new heights. His policies and initiatives are designed to address the unique challenges facing our state, while also capitalizing on its vast potential.

Under his leadership, we have witnessed significant strides in agriculture, with modern farming techniques and resources being introduced to boost productivity and ensure food security. This progress not only strengthens our economy but also enhances the livelihoods of our people.

In education, the Namadi administration has prioritized the improvement of our schools, ensuring that our children receive quality education in a conducive learning environment.

The focus on building and renovating educational facilities, recruitment and training of both parmarnent and pensionable and J-teach teachers and providing learning materials demonstrates a deep commitment to shaping the future leaders of Jigawa State.

Healthcare is another sector that has seen tremendous growth under Malam Umar Namadi’s leadership. The administration has invested in upgrading our hospitals, improving access to quality healthcare services, and ensuring that our people can lead healthy, productive lives. This dedication to the well-being of our citizens is a testament to the maturity and foresight of our leadership.

Rejecting Vandalism and Embracing Peaceful Progress
Despite these significant achievements, there have been disturbing incidents of vandalism and destruction of government properties in areas such as Hadejia, Birnin Kudu, Dutse, and other parts of the state.

These actions, often carried out under the guise of protest, are not representative of the true spirit of Jigawa State. Such behavior undermines the hard work and progress we have collectively made and distracts from the genuine issues that need to be addressed.

We must remember that vandalism and destruction are not solutions; they are obstacles to the development and progress we seek. As a people known for our resilience, dignity, and respect for one another, it is imperative that we channel our energies toward constructive dialogue and peaceful actions.

By doing so, we not only uphold the values that define us but also contribute to the ongoing transformation of our state.

As citizens of Jigawa State, we have a responsibility to support our administration in its efforts to deliver on its promises. We must recognize and appreciate the strides being made across all sectors and do our part to ensure that these efforts are not in vain. This means standing against acts of vandalism, promoting peace, and actively participating in the development process.

Let us rally behind Malam Umar Namadi and his administration, showing our support through our words, actions, and commitment to the growth and prosperity of our state. Together, we can build a Jigawa State that is not only a beacon of hope and maturity but also a model of progress and sanity in Nigeria.

In conclusion, Jigawa State is on a path to greatness, thanks to the leadership of Malam Umar Namadi and the collective efforts of its people. As we continue to witness transformative changes in agriculture, education, health, and other sectors, it is essential that we remain united in our pursuit of progress.

Let us reject destruction and vandalism, and instead, embrace the values of sanity, hope, and maturity that define us. By doing so, we can ensure that Jigawa State remains a shining example of what can be achieved when a people are committed to building a better future for all.
