THE immediate past chairman of the Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC), Abdulrasheed Bawa, visited former President Muhammadu Buhari in London, on Wednesday.
The purpose of the visit was not disclosed, but coincidentally Bawa turned 45 the very day he visited the former president.
Bawa goes into history as the youngest person to have led the anti-graft agency. As of 2021 when he was appointed, he was 41 years old.
He is also the first non-police officer to head the agency.
