PRESIDENT Bola Ahmed Tinubu has extended warm felicitations to renowned broadcaster Moji Makanjoula on the occasion of her 70th birthday, celebrating her decades of professionalism, integrity, and steadfast dedication to excellence in the media industry.
In a statement sent to News Point Nigeria by his Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, on Wednesday, the President acknowledged Makanjoula’s unwavering commitment to truth, ethical reporting, and nation-building through effective communication.
President Tinubu particularly commended her significant contributions to shaping public discourse, especially her advocacy on health-related issues, as well as her role in strengthening the media as a vital pillar of democracy in Nigeria.
Describing her as a trailblazer and a respected voice in journalism, the President noted that Makanjoula has inspired generations of broadcasters and media practitioners across the country.

“I commend your mentorship and service beyond the newsroom, which have left an indelible mark on the profession and the nation at large.”
The President further wished the veteran broadcaster good health and many more years of impactful service to Nigeria and humanity.
