THE Minister of State for Works, Rt. Hon. Bello Muhammad Goronyo, Esq., has been celebrated with two prestigious awards in recognition of his outstanding contributions to leadership, administration, and national development.
On July 7, 2025, the Institute of Administration, Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Zaria, conferred on the Minister an Award of Honour during the International Conference for the Institute of Administration (ICIA 2025) held in Zaria, Kaduna State.
The award acknowledges his strategic support, visionary leadership, and steadfast commitment to advancing institutional and national growth through collaboration and knowledge-driven governance.
While receiving the award, Rt. Hon. Goronyo expressed his heartfelt appreciation to ABU Zaria for the recognition.

Earlier this year, on April 30, 2025, Rt. Hon. Bello Muhammad Goronyo, Esq., was also honoured with the “Astute Administration and Better Nigeria in Practice Award” by the Better Nigeria in Practice Association.
The award celebrates his dedication to official responsibilities, forward-thinking administrative approach, and dynamic application of modern management principles towards achieving a greater Nigeria.
The Association praised his visionary leadership, result-oriented administrative style, and unwavering passion for national development, describing him as a model for the “Better Nigeria” vision.
