    THE newly constituted Advisory Board brings together accomplished leaders in energy, finance, law, technology, public policy, strategy and corporate governance to support the Group’s next era of disciplined growth.

    PANA Holdings has announced the constitution of a distinguished Advisory Board comprising respected external professionals and senior executives from within the Group.

    The appointments represent an important milestone in the continued institutional development of PANA Holdings and reflect the Group’s commitment to strengthening governance, broadening its strategic capabilities and building enterprises positioned to create enduring value.

    Chaired by accomplished energy-industry leader Mr. Osten Olorunsola, the Advisory Board brings together extensive leadership experience across petroleum operations and regulation, corporate finance, investment, law, technology, public policy, governance, international business, operational management and stakeholder engagement.

    The Board will provide independent insight, strategic counsel and constructive guidance to the leadership of PANA Holdings as the Group deepens its interests across the petroleum, mining, process, power, agriculture, education, e-commerce, transportation and allied investment sectors.

    Its composition reflects a deliberate balance between external professional experience and the institutional knowledge of senior executives who understand the Group’s businesses, culture, operations and long-term aspirations.

    This balance is expected to strengthen strategic decision-making, enhance oversight and support the Group as it develops the systems, partnerships and institutional capacity required for its next phase of growth.

    Commenting on the constitution of the Advisory Board, Dr. Daere Afonya-a Akobo, Founder and Group Chief Executive Officer of PANA Holdings, described the appointments as an important step in translating the Group’s entrepreneurial ambition into lasting institutional strength.

    “The establishment of this Advisory Board marks a defining stage in the growth and evolution of PANA Holdings.     The Board will provide guidance on the issues most important to the continued development of PANA Holdings, including corporate strategy, institutional growth, governance, leadership oversight, financial and investment planning, operational performance, enterprise risk, legal and regulatory affairs, technology, innovation, international partnerships, stakeholder engagement and sustainable long-term growth.

    By combining independent external insight with the knowledge of senior internal leaders, PANA Holdings is creating a stronger platform for informed decision-making, disciplined execution and long-term value creation.

    The constitution of the Advisory Board reflects the Group’s commitment to strengthening its institutions, deepening accountability and ensuring that future growth is supported by sound judgment, broad professional experience and a clear strategic direction.

    Meet the Advisory Board:

    Mr. Osten Olorunsola
    Chairman of the Advisory Board
    Mr. Osten Olorunsola is an accomplished energy executive, regulator and corporate-governance leader with more than four decades of experience across the public and private sectors.

    His career has included senior responsibilities with Agip-ENI, Shell International and the Nigerian public sector. As a former Director of Petroleum Resources, he played an important role in petroleum regulation, policy development and institutional leadership within Nigeria’s energy industry.

    He brings extensive experience in commercial operations, field development, governance, public policy and long-term value creation. As Chairman, he will guide the work of the Advisory Board and support its engagement with the leadership of PANA Holdings.

    Mr. Adewale Fajana
    Company Secretary to the Advisory Board
    Mr. Adewale Fajana is a legal strategist, corporate-governance adviser and the Managing Partner of TopFlight Legal.

    His professional experience spans commercial law, dispute resolution, energy transactions, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance and cross-border business engagements.

    As Company Secretary to the Advisory Board, he will support the Board’s governance processes, regulatory stewardship, accountability and overall effectiveness.

    Mrs. Callista C. Azogu
    Energy Governance & Corporate Strategy
    Mrs. Callista C. Azogu is an accomplished energy executive with more than 32 years of experience across oil and gas, finance, governance and corporate leadership.

    She is the immediate past Deputy Managing Director of Nigerian Agip Oil Company Limited, an Eni subsidiary, where she provided leadership across governance, business strategy, finance, stakeholder engagement, administration, human resources, negotiations and Nigerian content development.

    Her career also included service as the first Chief Financial Officer of Eni Ghana, where she contributed to the establishment of the company’s financial and governance framework. She brings extensive experience in organizational transformation, industry advocacy and stakeholder management.

    Mr. Wole Obasunloye
    Finance & Accounts
    Mr. Wole Obasunloye is an accomplished finance executive with extensive leadership experience across the telecommunications and financial-services sectors.

    He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Etisalat Services Holding, with responsibility for the financial management of nine subsidiary entities within the Etisalat, now e&, Group.

    He previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Etisalat Nigeria, where he provided leadership across corporate finance, financial planning and reporting, risk management, business restructuring and organizational performance.

    His experience directing complex financial operations across multiple businesses brings valuable perspective to the Advisory Board’s work in financial strategy, enterprise resilience, performance oversight and sustainable growth.

    Mr. Tajudeen Moyosola Shobayo
    Strategy & Economics
    Mr. Tajudeen Moyosola Shobayo is a finance and commercial strategist with more than three decades of leadership experience across energy, agriculture, real estate, education and aviation.

    A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, he has extensive experience in corporate finance, investment evaluation, strategic planning, enterprise-risk management, stakeholder engagement and value creation.

    His boardroom experience and analytical perspective will support the Group’s approach to strategy, investment and long-term institutional development.

    Mr. Richard Imran Ding
    Legal/Commercial
    Mr. Richard Imran Ding is an international legal and business consultant with more than 28 years of experience across Kuala Lumpur, London and Dubai.

    His professional experience covers corporate and commercial law, regulatory compliance, international transactions, business strategy and risk management. He is a Partner at ALB Mathew in association with Excello Law in Dubai and also serves as a Partner at Excello Law in London.

    Mr. Ding also serves as Managing Director of Primilian, a Malaysia-based advisory firm. He brings a global legal and commercial perspective to the Advisory Board, particularly in relation to cross-border business, international partnerships and expansion.

    Mr. Marvin Singer
    Ataraxia
    Mr. Marvin Singer is a corporate lawyer and strategic adviser with more than four decades of international experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, securities law, capital markets and corporate governance.

    A former Senior Partner at Norton Rose Fulbright Canada LLP, he has advised boards, investors and multinational organizations on major transactions, strategic investments and long-term growth.

    His extensive international experience will support the Group’s approach to investment, capital formation, governance and global development.

    Mr. Edward Kind
    Oil & Gas, Sales Strategy
    Mr. Edward Kind is an experienced energy-industry professional whose career spans more than three decades in offshore drilling, manufacturing, safety engineering and advanced flow-control technologies.

    Since beginning his career in West Africa’s offshore oil and gas sector, he has held several technical and commercial leadership roles. Through his work with Mokveld Valves, he has supported energy companies across Africa in addressing production, flow-assurance and asset-integrity challenges.

    His experience in the hydrocarbon value chain, sales strategy, market development, emissions reduction and technical service delivery will provide valuable industry insight to the Advisory Board.

    Mrs. Patience Maseli
    Oil & Gas Exploration, Markets, Sales
    Mrs. Patience Maseli is a respected petroleum-industry professional with extensive experience in upstream regulation, exploration, resource management and national petroleum-data administration.

    Before her retirement from the former Department of Petroleum Resources, she served as Deputy Director and Head of the Upstream Regulatory Division. Her previous responsibilities also included leadership roles relating to the National Data Repository, exploration, domestic gas obligations, resource management, work programmes and unitisation.

    She has represented Nigeria at several international upstream engagements and is a Fellow of the Nigerian Association of Petroleum Explorationists. She currently serves as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Marzoran Limited.

    Mr. Nitin T. Mahajan
    Advisory
    Mr. Nitin T. Mahajan is a business and technology leader with international experience in digital transformation, strategic consulting, innovation and enterprise development.

    He has advised organizations on the adoption of emerging technologies, operational improvement and the translation of business strategy into measurable outcomes.

    His expertise will support the Advisory Board’s consideration of technology, innovation, digital transformation and sustainable business growth.

    Dr. Daere Afonya-a Akobo
    Founder and Group Chief Executive Officer
    Dr. Daere Afonya-a Akobo is an entrepreneur, engineer, business mentor and philanthropist with more than 25 years of experience across oil and gas, electrical engineering, instrumentation, flow measurement, sales and procurement.

    His professional career has included roles with International Petroleum of Nigeria and General Electric, where he was recognized as an African Continental Top Talent.

    As Founder and Group Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Akobo leads a diverse portfolio of businesses and initiatives spanning energy, consulting, education, investment and social impact. He provides the entrepreneurial vision and strategic direction connecting the work of the Advisory Board to the long-term ambitions of PANA Holdings.

    Mrs. Iyenemi Akobo
    Executive Director, Business Operations
    Mrs. Iyenemi Akobo is the Executive Director of Business Operations at PANA Holdings and has played a central role in the development of the Group since its inception.

    She oversees key business-support functions, including aspects of human resources, commercial services and accounting. She also contributes to the implementation of the Group’s corporate-governance requirements and the strengthening of the administrative systems required to support continued growth.

    Her deep institutional knowledge provides the Advisory Board with direct insight into the Group’s operations, organizational priorities and internal development.

    Dr. Lawrence Obhiose
    Executive Director, Finance
    Dr. Lawrence Obhiose is the Executive Director of Finance at PANA Holdings and has more than 22 years of experience in financial management, reporting, analysis, risk management, budgeting and strategic planning.

    A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, he holds advanced academic qualifications in finance and has held several financial leadership positions across the Group and other organizations.

    His experience includes financial strategy, treasury operations, banking relationships, accounting controls and business-performance planning. He brings deep knowledge of the Group’s financial operations and long-term investment requirements.

    Ms. Nneka Okani
    Senior Vice President, Legal and Compliance
    Ms. Nneka Okani is a legal and governance professional with experience in corporate law, regulatory compliance, company-secretarial practice and risk management.

    As Senior Vice President, Legal and Compliance at PANA Holdings, she provides strategic legal guidance across the Group and supports the development of effective governance structures, compliance processes and sound corporate decision-making.

    Her role strengthens the connection between the Advisory Board’s guidance and the Group’s legal, regulatory and governance responsibilities.

    Mr. Adebowale Adeniyi
    Chief of Staff & Senior Bus. Adviser
    Mr. Adebowale Adeniyi is a strategy, public-policy and business-advisory professional with more than 17 years of experience spanning energy, infrastructure, public finance, taxation, maritime affairs and investment advisory.

    Before joining PANA Holdings, he served as an Associate Director at Andersen Nigeria, where he led advisory engagements for public- and private-sector clients.

    He also served as Technical Adviser to the Chairman of the Nigerian Senate Committee on Appropriations, contributing to work on fiscal policy, budgeting, public-finance management and stakeholder engagement.

    He brings strong experience in policy analysis, economics, business strategy and institutional advisory.
