It is an established fact that, Kila has tremendously contributed to the development of the Immigration Service in Nigeria over the last three decades, therefore it is no surprise that he is widely regarded as someone who is patriotic, passionate, honest, courageous and compassionate.

With an uncommon commitment and dedication to duty, Kila worked assiduously and ethically for the growth of the service; while serving as Comptroller of Immigration, Kaduna State Command, he facilitated the arrest and ease-out of one thousand (1000) illegal immigrants in the state possessing PVCs and other critical national documents.
