The event is designed to honour outstanding achievements in areas including hard work and dedication, resilience and perseverance, impactful change and innovation, talent and excellence, while recognising the unsung heroes of Nigeria who continue to make a difference in their communities.

The event seeks to raise awareness and support for the rehabilitation and empowerment of female survivors affected by kidnapping, banditry, and Boko Haram insurgency through collaboration with the Tozali Girl Child and Women Foundation and other relevant partners.
