JIGAWA State Labour Party Gubernatorial Candidate, Comrade Abdullahi Tsoho has dumped the party and his aspiration for the All Progressive Congress (APC), in Dutse, the state capital.
In a signed statement by the Special Adviser, Media and Public Relations, Habibu Nuhu Kila, issued on Friday and made available to News Point Nigeria, Comrade Tsoho said, he has come to the realisation that, the APC has all the qualities for championing the yearnings and aspirations of the electorates.
He then promised that, along with his teeming supporters, they will ensure the victory of the APC in all elections.
Governor Muhammad Badaru, while receiving the former Labour Party Gubernatorial candidate in his office, expressed his appreciation and promised that Comrade Tsoho and his supporters will be accorded every rights enjoyed by the old members of the party.
News Point Nigeria reports that, two weeks ago, Governor Badaru had received eight Labour Party State Assembly candidates for this year’s election and members of Arewa Presidential Campaign Council of the party into the APC.
The eight candidates were from Auyo, Kirikasamma, Bulangu, Malam Madori , Kafin Hausa, Birniwa, Guri and Kaugama constituencies.
