A statement issued by his Chief Press Secretary, Malam Sanusi Bature Dawakin Tofa said the demolition starts with the three storey building with 90 shops on Race Course road, in the Nasarawa GRA.
Dawakin Tofa further urged the residents of Kano to exercise patience, assuring them of the present administration’s commitment to a prosperous future for the state.
“Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf is resolute in his commitment to transforming Kano State. The demolition exercise is a necessary step towards reclaiming public assets and restoring the beauty of our great state. We urge the residents of Kano to bear with us as we work towards a prosperous future,” said Bature Dawakin Tofa.

While that developer handling the buildings at the Hajj Camp was directed to stop work on Friday by the Abba Gida Gida during a visit to Hajj Camp.
