‘You Never Worked Hard For Tinubu’s Emergence, So Stop Crying Like Babies’, Group Replies Wike’s Critics

THE Bro Felix Obuah Support Group (BFOSG) has slammed some aggrieved members of the All Progressives Congress APC in the FCT who kicked against recent appointments made by the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory FCT, Barr Nyesom Ezenwo Wike to stop crying like babies knowing very well of their dismal performance during the last Presidential election that witnessed the emergence of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

    BORNO PATRIOTS

BFOSG in a press statement made available to newsmen in Abuja  and signed by its Director of Media and Publicity, Comrade Nwokoma Messiah, said the displeasure of some select minority within the APC in the FCT shows their lack of knowledge of the workings of the Ministry of Federal Capital Territory FCT which is a ministry for all Nigerians irrespective of tribe or religious affiliations.

The statement advised those championing the displeasure to rather appreciate the good works of the Minister which is unprecedented especially in recent times.

It further described the FCT as a territory with people from all tribes and religions, who must be carried along.

The BFOSG added that the performance of Wike is being centred on the development and progress of the FCT and not one that will slay competence on the altar of tribal or other mundial  sentiments.

The statement reminded those hitting the ethnic and religious  logs within the FCT to understand that Wike appointed people in positions as the best persons that will do  the job and add value and not some incompetent hands that do not share his vision for growth and development of the FCT.

The BFOSG also lampooned those criticizing the Minister to realise that most of them that are condemning the appointments made by the Minister should remember that  they did virtually nothing to help the president win the elections in the state and should therefore understand that they cannot lay claim to getting appointments in the government when they failed.

“While realising the importance of team work in achieving the Renewed Hope agenda of President Bola Tinubu, those clamouring against the very objective appointments made by the Minister, which includes the appointment of Bro Felix Obuah as Coordinator of Abuja Metropolitan Management Council AMMC should realise that Barr Nyesom Wike is a hardworking person who does not joke with capacity and Bro Felix Amaechi Obuah is a man of proven  capacity and competence”

On the issue of Wike  and Obuah not having a PVC in Abuja, the group described such position as laughable questioning the impact of those with PVC in Abuja in the victory of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the FCT or in moving the FCT forward.

Nigerian TAX Reform - Federal Goverment

“Almost all the Ministers that have been in the FCT did not have PVCs in Abuja, why are they waking up from slumber now that a southern man is Minister? Were they not in FCT when previous administrations appointed people without PVCs as FCT ministers? The question should be competence and not issue of the Minister or any of his appointees having PVC in the FCT.

“Those complaining of PVCs should ask what their PVCs achieved for the party and Bola Tinubu? Those bent on bringing down Wike should retrace their steps and join hands with him and his appointees including Bro Felix Obuah to ensure the president has what he will point hands at while counting his achievements in his first year in office and not these undue sentiments of disgruntled persons who disguise as party leaders” the statement added.
