Zamfara PDP To Flag Off Campaign Sunday

THE People Democratic Party (PDP), in Zamfara has concluded arrangements to flag off its 2023 gubernatorial campaign rally next week Sunday, being January 15, 2023.

The Acting State Chairman of the Party, Alhaji Muktar Muhammad Luggah revealed this at a press briefing tn Gusau the state capital today.

Lugga said they campaign rally will endear the PDP candidate the opportunity to interface with the loyal supporters across the 14 local governments.

He also added that their campaigns will be easier as the ruling All Progressive Congress (APC) in the state had already finished campaigning for PDP because they have nothing to showcase as their achievement at the end of four tenure.

“Ours is to tell citizens why better change is necessary for the state to alleviate bundle of hardship bordering the state, ranging from insecurity, humanitarian crisis and total collapse of economic activities”.

Lugga maintained that the victory of their candidate Dauda Lawan Dare at the Appeal Court was a victory to the citizens who prayed tirelessly, day and night for better change in Zamfara.

He was opmistic that the PDP will will emerge victorious in the 2023 general election because ‘words are enough for the wise’.

 The Acting Chairman also commended the conduct of party supporters especially the youth for exhibiting higher sense of maturity in celebrating the victory, urging them to sustained the tempo.
